By submitting your deposit or booking an appointment through our website, online scheduling platform, or payment link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding and applies to all services provided by Natalia Mejia Skin.

At Natalia Mejia Skin, we are committed to providing every client with a respectful, safe, and personalized experience. To protect the integrity of our work and ensure optimal results, all treatments are conducted by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. All new clients must complete an initial consultation to assess the area of concern and determine the appropriate course of treatment. A non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your appointment.

All service pricing and packages are non-transferable and apply only to the area evaluated during your consultation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of consultation. If more than 30 days have passed, or if the condition of the skin has changed significantly, a new consultation and updated quote may be required.

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice for both weekday and weekend appointments. If you fail to provide sufficient notice or miss your appointment entirely (“no-show”), your deposit or one session from your package will be forfeited. In addition, a $200 rebooking fee will be required to reschedule any missed or late-canceled appointment.

Once a treatment has been performed or a package has been purchased, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued under any circumstances. If you have purchased a flat-rate camouflage package, please be aware that you must not wait more than six (6) months between sessions. After this period of inactivity, the package will expire entirely, and a new package must be purchased to continue treatment. The $200 rebooking fee described above applies only when appointments are canceled with less than 5 business days’ notice or when a no-show occurs.

All clients are required to complete a detailed and truthful medical history form before beginning any treatment. You are responsible for disclosing any and all allergies, medical conditions, and current medications, as these may affect your eligibility for certain services. If your health status changes, you must inform us prior to any further sessions. Natalia Mejia Skin does not provide medical care or diagnoses. We strongly encourage you to consult your healthcare provider if you are uncertain about whether a treatment is appropriate for your medical condition.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you must notify us. Certain services may not be recommended during this time and should be postponed until you receive medical clearance. By proceeding with your deposit or appointment, you confirm that you are not pregnant, or that you have obtained clearance from your physician.

All services provided by Natalia Mejia Skin are cosmetic and aesthetic in nature. They are not medical treatments and should not be considered a replacement for clinical or surgical intervention. While many clients experience significant improvement in skin texture, tone, and appearance, results vary from person to person. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors including skin type, healing response, age, lifestyle, and compliance with post-care instructions. No guarantees—explicit or implied—are made regarding the final result.

Some procedures may include camouflage tattooing, regenerative treatments, mechanical or organic peels, microneedling, pigment-based techniques, or topical applications. These methods may be combined or used separately, based on your customized treatment plan. While all techniques are performed using industry-standard hygiene and safety protocols, you understand and accept that there are risks associated with aesthetic procedures. These may include, but are not limited to: swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising, poor healing, pigment fading or shift, allergic reactions, mild irritation, scarring, or—in some cases—the formation of raised or thickened scar tissue in sensitive areas.

If your treatment includes mechanical or organic peeling, you understand that temporary dryness, tightness, peeling, or flaking may occur, and that prolonged sun exposure and the use of harsh skincare products or friction on the treated area must be avoided for at least 15 days. SPF must be used daily.

Before and after photographs are a required part of your client file. These images are used for documentation and safety purposes. In addition, you may be asked to provide consent for your photos or videos to be used in educational, clinical, or promotional material. You may grant or deny this permission at any time. If you choose to grant permission, you authorize Natalia Mejia Skin and its agents, affiliates, or representatives to use, edit, and publish images of the treated area in marketing, print, social media, and educational materials without compensation. Your identity will always be treated with discretion and respect.

By proceeding with payment of the deposit or booking a service, you agree that you have reviewed and accepted all policies outlined above. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation in any procedure performed by Natalia Mejia Skin and release its owners, staff, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims or liability that may arise in connection with your treatment.

Any disputes arising from your treatment or experience at Natalia Mejia Skin shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York, NY, with each party bearing its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. This agreement shall remain in effect in perpetuity and may be executed electronically with the same legal force as a signed hard copy.
