Terms & Policies

BOOKINGS:

To ensure the privacy of all our clients, we operate strictly by appointment and do not accept walk-ins.

All new clients must schedule a consultation to accurately assess the areas of concern and determine a customized treatment plan. A non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Our packages and pricing are non-transferable to other individuals or areas of concern.

The fees quoted at the time of your assessment are valid for 60 days and are subject to change thereafter. The initial quote will become void and subject to full reassessment if the area has received alternative treatments that directly affect the consulted area of concern.

We do not provide pricing or estimates without a comprehensive and thorough assessment. Our services are tailored treatments based on specific criteria and associated with a personalized plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Natalia Mejia Skin, we are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from receiving care. Therefore, we require 72 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.

All appointments are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or session from your package. No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit or session from your package.

If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, you must notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that we can only wait a maximum of 20 minutes in some cases.

REFUNDS:

Once a procedure has been performed or a package has been purchased, there will be no full or partial refunds for packages or individual treatments. Clients have one year from the date of purchase to complete packaged treatments, after which any remaining procedures will become invalid. These packages cannot be transferred to other individuals or areas of concern.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Initial clients are required to complete a medical history form, and it is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information. If your medical condition changes during the course of your treatment, it is your duty to inform the staff at Natalia Mejia Skin and update your medical history form accordingly
